Finishes and Services

Our architectural expanded metal mesh can be supplied in a range of finishes to suit the design and performance requirements of your project. Options include anodised aluminium, polyester powder coating in a wide choice of colours, or a raw mill finish where a natural metal appearance is preferred.

Alongside finishing options, we also offer design support and fabrication services to help integrate expanded metal mesh into your project. Our team can work with you from concept through to manufacture to ensure the mesh meets both the design intent and practical requirements.

Mill Finish

A raw mill finish is the natural surface of aluminium straight from the manufacturing process, with no additional coatings or treatments applied. It offers a clean, natural metal appearance and is often chosen where a more industrial aesthetic is desired or where the mesh will be finished later in the project.

Anodised Finish

Anodising strengthens the natural oxide layer on aluminium to create a durable, corrosion-resistant surface. It provides a clean, consistent metallic appearance while helping protect the mesh from weathering, making it well suited to architectural applications.

Polyester Powder Coated

Polyester powder coating provides a durable coloured finish that enhances both the appearance and protection of the mesh. The coating creates a tough, even surface and is available in a wide range of colours, allowing the mesh to be matched to your project design.

Fabrication

We can also provide fabrication services to help integrate expanded metal mesh into your project. This can include cutting, forming and framing the mesh to suit specific applications such as façade panels, screens and other architectural features.

Design Support

Our team can support you during the design stage by helping select the most suitable mesh pattern, open area and sheet size for your project. We work closely with customers to ensure the expanded metal performs both visually and technically within the architectural design.
